Sky broadband

Had my sky installed yesterday at half past 8 to then. Find out we had a problem with our line and couldn't get onto the broadband waited for another engineer to which I was then told your services will definitely be up and running by 3pm 

 

3pm hit still nothing all the lights switched of couldn't connect I had called customer services and was told they were waiting for an update to say everything was up and running and my services will be able to use by 6/7 fasting forward not had any update no services are on been sat waiting half and hour to get through to customer service anyone had this happen before (I've had no tv or connections in my house since 8 yesterday starting to become a joke)

@Kira12 No doubt many have faced the failed activation off the service, and OR/CF whoever is supplying your connection need to tell sky what is going on, also sky are the only one that can keep you updated!
