Sky broadband

Hi I signed up for the sky broadband five weeks ago we had our broadband box sent out then an engineer called to then tell me he could not feed the wire there was a blockage he said someone would be out the Tuesday after the bank holiday at the latest,I had no phone call or emails from sky two weeks has passed and only today someone came to the house to look at the wire,I had no phone call to say someone was calling I just happened to be home earlier today and still no call or email to say when the engineer be back to install the broadband,I would like to cancel my subscription I can't be waiting around it's shocking how long it's taking and I need wifi for work reasons .

As the is a customer helps customer community you will need to call Sky to cancel.

@1234Cillian When you signed up the contract did stipulate upto 90 day's in unforseen circumstance, and if you wish to cancel then you need to call sky direct, on this public forum you are not talking to sky, just customers like yourself.
