Sky broadband

The internet light is not coming on 

and I did stated I do not have a phone line.

@KM33 if it is a new connection the service may not have been activated which can happen up to midnight on thecdate you were given. It can happen that Sky and Openreaxh are not aware that a line has been removed by a third party like Virgin Media if you think that has happened call Sky as they will get the line reconnected by Openreach.
