My broadband bill keeps changing monthly, why is this, I took the contract out at £25.00 a month and this month its over £31.00

Broadband subscription within a minimum contract period only increases with the one-off annual price increase. However if outbound non-inclusive telephone calls are made, that will affect the monthly bill.
