My Internet keeps going off
I reset tue power at the wall and it seems to work for an hour or so and then just goes off again
I've tried the network reset and turning it off at the wall
Any ideas please

It's now just a single red light on power
But it has been changing all over the place

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
