Sky broadband internet keeps disconnecting

After all

laasg week and ap weekend im still not able to get internet stable it keeps dropping. They sent a new router. Same thing keeps dripping the speed is to slow it wonky connect on the laptop and I work from home. 

they keep telling me I'm getting 66 mbp and when I checked using a differing test other than sky it tells my 54 mbp and the service needs over 60 I'm told sky are fooling me. I've called over 5 hours on total. 

still not resolved asked to me put through to 2bd line support and agent didn't know hat he was going said he's transfer me left on hold for 1.5 hours without an answer. I'm raising a complaint and want all calls looked at by a manager until resolved. Let's face it I'm now thinking of going to a stable provider I can trust who can help and get it resolved I'm paying for a service that I can't use and was offered a measly £15 off!

Why is this  closed before I received an email you only sent this morning to tell me someone's here?
