Sky broadband intermittently dropping

Hi, In the last fortnight (I think) my sky broadband has been intermittently dropping connection. We've noticed more often in the last few days. During work calls my connection would keep dropping this week. Today I've noticed my phone struggling to refresh and then reverting to 5G. Other connected devices, Alexa's etc, have said they can't connect. When I run broadband and WiFi checks it says everything is fine. I've reset the router, but it still seems an intermittent connection
