Sky broadband is down in Braintree for the last 24 hours. Not impressed at all. What is going on??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dani771 the connection test in the My Sky app will tell you if Sky are aware of an area issue affecting your line if you click to run the full test. If it doesnt call Sky and report the fault.
If it is an area issue it is highly unlikely Sky can give an accurate estimate of when it will be fixed as often the Ooenreach engineers doing the work wont know until the job is complete.

I'm also in Braintree, I believe it's not an area issue.. due to the fact when it checks the area it says it's all good.
will try and contact sky at 8am along with many others I'm sure!

I can't even do the test it's not working either. Keeps saying unavailable. 24 hours like this. Ridiculous now!

Mine went off just after 10pm last night, still off. App just says "outage in your area" and then stated it should be fixed in a couple of days!!!

I'm also in Braintree and it went down last night and was still off this morning. The check connection link on Sky just says everything ok, which it's not!
