Sky broadband can't support Teams video call

I feel like I'm losing my mind. I've had real problems with my broadband connection dropping out and not supporting video calls particularly but at times it won't support streaming servives for up to 30 mins at a time.

An engineer came out in May, replaced the socket on the wall, replaced the router, and though that's reduced some of the instability it does still drop out (middle light on hub goes to orange for 1-2 mins then reconnects) at times.

The main, longstanding issue is its failure to support MS Teams video calls. I work from home some days a week and Teams is what I need to use. It is disrupting at least some part of most calls (usually I can see/hear other call members for a while after they start saying "Are you there? You've frozen".

It can't carry on this way and retain my right to flexible working which I desperately need as a disabled person. Can anyone think of what else could be causing this? My only other thoughts are the wiring in the actual building/street and if that's the case I'm in a terrible position as I have no control at all over that and changing ISP won't help (though I'd rather stay with Sky anyway).

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
