Sky broad band phone

I have sky hub broadband but phone line isn't working tried 2 different phones and filters tried putting in main socket still not working anyone know what could be wrong I also had to use my old modem when signed up to sky broadband do they send you new one out

Have you rejoined sky ?

What connection do you have , full fibre fttp or part fibre fttc?

What hub do you have at the minute ?
