I need to speak to a real person about a new sky box that will not connect

@Fran10 you can call Sky and not engage with the bot and youbshould be routed to an agent. Forum members are, in thecwhole, real people and we can often answers questions like yours but we need to know what Sky box you mean e g. Sky Q min and what colour your Sky hub is

Can I have a telephone number for sky? And one that doesn't ask me lots of answers and then doesn't connect

@Fran10  There is no number that avoids the  Automation, everyone has to go through it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Just dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline. It's free. All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
