New Sky booster arrived to help with poor WiFi in the house.
followed instructions and trouble shooting with nothing working.
The booster will not connect to sky Hub. Green light on power and WiFi , no light on "connected".
I currently have the two devices 2 yards apart!

What hub do you have ie er115 which goes with the sky q booster or sr203 which goes with the sky broadband booster which is just a white version of the router

Yes we have the sr203 hub and the booster was the white version of it .

So long as the broadband booster is the bottom one below it shouldn't be an issue
Try resetting both sky hub and booster and follow the steps for the bottom booster

Waiting for others to chip in with their ideas.
We can escalate to sky but may not get a response before monday or tuesday
Quickest way to get advice would be to call sky on 150 from your sky landline on
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Are you able to try connecting the hub & booster via an ethernet cable so it can provision itself with the hub. Then you can disconnect the cable and see if the pairing sticks

Thanka for this
it connects when both are plugged into Ethernet cable
but when removed the booster no longer connects ...
So I can boost as long as the booster is the length of the cable away!!

Sounds like it may be faulty then. You'll need to ask Sky for a replacement
