Hi,
I rebooted all of my Sky equipment today - Q box, router, several miniboxes and a booster.
On the booster, all 3 green lights were on before I started, but now the "connected" light stays stubbornly off even through multiple reboots.
I have done this procedure before quite a few times as I usually try to reboot everything about once a month with no issues.
Any ideas or links to help troubleshoot this?

I had never had the issue before and I thought it would be more complicated than that because I understood from the engineer that this booster boosts the TV signal as well as the broadband.
Anyway I just tried this and it worked so thank you.
