Sky below average speed AGAIN

This is yet another time sky have broken their contract to me and have failed to meet the broadband speed they promised I have just checked and its 6.5mbps WAY below average this is getting beyond a joke now I pay them to keep an average speed why does this ALWAYS happen? I live in a flat i meed a booster to connect the sky q box to the hub so why is the connection so f ing poor?? What do they think i pay them for??

@Gamer01000 What speed were you promised, how are you measuring your speed now?

It mightve been an issue with the app which is very buggy it was saying 6.5mbps and I used to use that to measure the speed but now I use my ps5 to measure the speed because its far more reliable im promised 52mbps minimum
