Sky are liars and don’t provide a service

So, after weeks of trying to resolve the issue with numerous phone calls to sort it, my 84 year old, housebound mother is still without internet and still won't use her phone because she is scared to. I'm wondering if I should go to the financial ombudsman (Removed) or to my MP? Could you please advise which might make (Removed) sit up and take notice?

@Liedto

The Financial Ombudsman is relevant only for disputes related to credit agreements.

For broadband and telephone the appropriate organisation is CISAS.

There's not much else we can advise as you haven't said what the broadband problem is and why your Mum would be scared to use her landline phone.
