I have just "upgraded" to Sky Wifi Max. I had no problems with my previous router (black one). I renewed my contract about 10 days ago. At that time I was told the new hub was better and cheaper. So a no brainer. In reality its been very disappointing and frustrating. Netfix and Prime both freeze and several devices regullarly drop out. Afrer 11 years with sky I am seriously considering cancelling my conract.
