Sky WiFi not working

I've moved flat but still in the same building as the flat I was last in when my WiFi was working and plugged the hub into the new flat today and it's not working power is

green, internet won't turn, WiFi is green, voice is orange. I've tried to book a engineer but carnt seem to find out how to. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you book a Sky Home Move for the new flat?  A broadband connection doesn't follow an ISP router around the national network, even within the same building.

No I havnt. Could you possibly help me with that I've tried online but says it's my old address when it's my new address I'm putting it in

You'll have to persist with contacting Sky: they are apparently having some software issues today.

 

Unfortunately you're now looking at two to three weeks before broadband can be provisioned (which is then perilously close to the annual Christmas/New Year workforce shortages) because that's the standard lead time.  Sadly moving within the same building is no different to relocating across the country in this respect.
