Sky WiFi hub not dispatched

Hello,

 

My connection is supposed to go live on Friday this week and the order tracking still says that the Sky Max Hub hasn't been dispatched yet.

 

Is there anything I need to do to make sure the hub arrives on time for activation? I work from home and delays in the activation date would cause a lot of problems for me.

@ishantanu  You might not see anything  till around a few days before activation if it is this Friday coming.

Following with interest as I have the same query. Our go live is Monday 4th and hub not dispatched yet
