Sky WIFI Max Issues

Recently 'upgraded' to Sky Wifi Max and have an extended hub.   The WIFI connection keeps dropping thorugh the day and the extender is not boosting the signal into the bedrooms upstairs (router is at the bottom of the stairs).    This has been going on for 2-3 months and we have done everything on the 'Sky Help' pages to try and fix it.   I'm struggling to work from home effectively. 

 

We want to speak to someone to arrange an engineer visit as promised when sold the service.   Does anyone have a contact number or email address?

@icedcleveley as you need Sky's help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
