Sky Tv keeps dropping out have to reset 2/3 times a week

I habe Sky Q and a mini box and i constantly have to reset both TVs , more so the mini b9x one. 

Do i need a booster?

@Lou184 Has it just started to happen if so have you had any change like moved devices, moved the sky hub, got a replacement sky hub etc!
