Every evening at 7pm, my Sky internet becomes so slow nothing will load or work. It's every single evening at 7pm and lasts about an hour.
The following are the only devices in my house all of which remain connected to the internet permanently:
Personal PC
Work laptop
Personal iPhone
Work iPhone
Eufy Camera system
Ring doorbell
Brother printer
Alexa x 2
Nothing changes at 7pm, yet my internet speed is throttled at exactly this time every evening (removed)... I know they are doing this, most people from my research tend to experience this at 9pm every night, for me it's 7pm.
Speed Test shows average 750mbps throughout the day and at 7pm (I have a 900mbps) but yet, mysteriously, come 7pm nothing will load. What's making it more annoying is they have prevented accessing the router through its IP address...
They are hiding something.
