firstly haveto say skys website is awful as far as user friendly goes its almost like everything purposely leads you away from anything useful, live chat is a myth just get a virtual assistant that literally has a one way system no matter what you write you are given the same answers that are nothing to do with any issue you have, so my broadband had gone up £8 this month no new services no new additions and my bill last month has text at the bottom that no other month has about a subscription being added yet i have not added anything so if anyone can explain this in a way i dont think they are robbing me wihtout even telling me of an increase and i have not had a discount either so do i contact my bank and get my money back? or will sky actually explain rather than trying to avoid giving a reason or even to inform me?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Stashb you should have had an email warning you of the April price lincrease but they often end up in spam folders. However to get you through to someone who should be able to explain things to you I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use to start the chat.
