Sky Stream, overhead cable has been, need engineer string a new cable

Overhead cable cut, need new cable stringing into our property. Need to speak with Sky to explain details. Will A sky engineer be able to do it, or will it need an Open reach engineer. All I get is online robots which cannot grasp the issue.

@SkyuserL you need to reportvthis to Sky so they can get Openreach out. Given Sky's phones have been very busy due to oother isues I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. @SkyuserL you can of course call Sky yourself if you prefer but the call can be long. Numbers can be found by following through from the contact us link but decline offers of texts etc and tell tge bot you need to report a line fault.

Good morning all. 
just to drop you a line. SKY engineer arrived this morning. Needs an open reach engineer to run a new overhead cable to the house. Arranged for next week. Thanks especially to LisaP1987 and Tom 19 for your help and especially the phone number that allowed us to call and explain the unusual circumstance to SKY.
