Sky Shield

I can't cange Sky Shield settings. Each time I try, I get an error message.

This seems quite a common problem.

 

how are you accessing the settings?

What error message are you getting?

I have tried via the app, and via the browser on my phone and my laptop.

It can be browser related or wifi.  Can you try a different browser (safari seems to throw up issues) or/and connect via ethernet
