Sky Service is Shocking Bad

I've had Sky Fibre Broadband installed at my home, Sky worked fine until this.

Now all the Sky Q boxes work now and then, broadband is slow, you can't download any programmes.

We currently can only watch sky on the main TV

You can't speak to anyone at Sky apart from a Chat Bot.

I'm so frustrated and don't know what to do, going to cancel all my sky products.

I have been with sky for over 20 years.

What did you have before? Another provider or just a different Sky broadband package?

Have you done a full reset on all your Sky Q boxes and then reconnected them?

@RodHall When you went to FF Full Fibre if that is what you did, also at the same point did you change the sky hub position by much and is it still the same sky hub pre/post the install?

I had normal Sky Broadband, which worked fine. But they sent me a VIP Free upgrade offer for Sky Fibre which was meant to be faster.
I'm so frustrated, I've never known anything like this for service.

I've even tried to cancel all my Sky contracts on the phone, and you don't get put through to anyone, you now get a text message.

@RodHall do not engage with the bot stay online and unless the system is over loaded you will be put through to an agent.

yes they moved it from the Kitchen to the Lounge. One day you will get a signal that stops and freezes every 5 minutes, other days the Q Boxes can't even connect, that is on every TV now (apart from main TV in lounge).

@RodHall So apart from the room swap which is bad on it's own, do you still have the black Sky Broadband Hub as the device connected to your ONT? Any booster's involved sky type that would be the SE210 to match the SR203 or otherwise non sky devices also?

 

Just trying to pin it all down but sure looks like wireless wifi lack off or stability signal wise!
