Sky SR203 slow

Can anyone help us please?  We have received a new SR203 which is giving us no more than 7mb speed. We use a deco mesh and have nothing connected to it via WiFi but it's awful!

@kas287 there is a line fault restricting your incoming speeds this is indicated by the noise margin of 16.6dB that should be between 3dB and 6dB  . If you run the service checker in the My Sky app it should offer to book an engineer to check the line if it doesnt call Sky.

Hi, I stupidly tried to upgrade to FF last week and due to an engineer visit that hasn't been closed off, Sky can't help me!  Thanks for your help but I think it's time to switch out as the speeds are just too low to even watch TV now!
