Looking at their pinned post it says that there is maintenance occasionally between midnight and 7am to avoid disruptions as much as possible - kind of ridiculous. Was never even made aware of this and had to find out myself.
They say wait until 7am and if it isn't fixed still then to contact them... I assume we'll be being compensated for this random downtime then? 😂
