Hi Michael, could I ask what happened as a few months ago sky changed my little black box to a medium sized white hub. Honestly it is the bane of my life. The amount of times it loses connection and wants me to press the button on the side, problem is that I have mobility issues and they moved it upstairs, it's physically impossible for me to get to the hub before the message goes off screen. I spoke to sky and she said in her infinite wisdom, move it downstairs then! Now I'm no engineer but this hub isn't just a plug in, it' reminds me of the good old days of dial up lol
