Sky Router Epson ET-2711 misery

Just switched from BT to Sky. Epson ET-2711 just won't connect. As far as I can see, I have followed all the online advice. Settings are currently:
– WPA2
– 5Ghz disabled, so just 2.4Ghz
– Enable DMZ
– Printer is next to the router
– Both have been turned on and off in different sequences, WPS buttons also tried in different sequences
– Printer has had a hard reset
There must be a way!
