I keep losing the connection between my Sky Q box and the internet so no access to apps etc. Checking the network settings shows that sometimes the link to the router is workng but no internet connection and sometimes both are not connected. I have tried resetting it many times, including manually and got it working once by rebooting both the the router and the Sky Q box at the same time, but this did not last and it is doing the same again.
