Sky Q box

Had really bad weather yesterday and tv lost WiFi connection. Weather better today but still can't get signal on my box

No WiFi or no satellite signal?

 

If the latter, that's almost certainly because the dish is now misaligned, and will require installer attendance.  You'll need to book this through Sky, and unfortunately after the storm there may be a considerable delay before someone is available.
