Sky Q box cannot connect to router

Our Broadband signal appears to be down, but the WiFi test online shows no issues. We cannot use the Mini box for multi room as the main Sky Q box says;

⚠️ There is a problem connecting to your broadband router. If you want to connect to a different router, select Reset.

 

I've followed the help guidance and have reset all devices now multiple times, without any success, it's becoming a joke how bad the connection has been recently.

@SightlessLaffey What colour is your Sky hub? If it is the latest white type your Sky Q mini cannot connect to it by WiFi insteead you link the mini to the main Q box using wps. Press the wps button on the mini so the led starts flashing do the same on the Sky Q box and if close enough the two should connect.
