Sky Q Minibox keeps dropping off WiFi

Anyone else had the same happen? Multiple times a week i have to "Reconnect" the mini box as it is losing the connection

I am on a 500mb connection but whenever i download something, my Sky will freeze and then lose connection. I then have to reconnect the mini box - its so frustrating

@azza19892 the speed of the connection to the internet is irrelevant what matters is the quality of the WiFi connection to the Q mini which if you have the white Sky Max hub has to be the main Q box. In simple terms if that is not strong enough because of distance or too many obstructions like walls you will hit problems. Call Sky as they should supply a Q booster or send an engineer out.
