Sky Q Mini

Every single day, my Sky Q Mini is discontinued from my Sky WFI. I have to go through the recommended settings, reset router, WPS ect. Do I require I new box?

@Dixon+1234 unlikely you need a new Q mini far more likely is that is a bit too far from wherever it connects to which could becanother Q box or a. Black Sky hub if you have one. The Q minis should not be networked by WiFi to a white Sky hub. Talk to Sky about supplying a boo ster.

Thanks and I'm meant to have a Pod in the post from Sky but no sign of it and not in my orders section. 
I will call again but frustrated how difficult it is actually speak to someone at Sky.
