I upgraded to sky WiFi max last week purely for the parental control option. I can find sky max hub in my sky app but it's not showing anything about making profiles or parental controls. It says "we are unable to load all features, please try again later". Well I've been trying every day at different times and it's never available. Am I doing something wrong? Right now I've upgraded for absolutely nothing new
