Sky Max Wifi Booster

I've just been sent a Wifi Booster Pod, Sky says just plug it in & wait for it to connect, no need to press WPS on my router, & the Booster has no buttons, but has 2 internet connection points, what am I doing wrong? I get: white light for 2 seconds, Blue light for 1 second....then white light starts flashing slowly....HELP please
