Sky Max Pods
I have two SKY max pods but I find they become warm when plugged in for 5-6 hours, is it best to unplug them at night when your not using them? I am worried they become very hot if left on 24/7. Should they be connected 24/7? Thanks.

Yes: hardware like that is intended to be permanently powered on.
A few degrees above human body temperature will feel 'warm' but really isn't anything to worry about.
