Sky Max Pod replacement when not working
Our broadband crashed in mid September, dropping from 60 to 20 Mb/s.
After endless calls for a month, we are now back above 50 Mb/s...however...
the Sky Max Pod has stopped working and there is very poor WiFi.
There is no facility to return the dead Pod to get a replacement...or is there?

Re: Sky Max Pod replacement when not working
Hi @GTIMB
You would need to run through the online troubleshooting for it. When you are unable to fix it there should be an option to order a replacement
