Hi
I can not connect my sky max pod to the hub. I was in to the sky technical team for 2 hours over 2 days. We tried everything including connecting it to the hub via the Ethernet cable with still no luck. I'm sure it has something to do with it still says it's waiting to be delivered but we received it over a week ago.
please please HELP
