Sky Max Pod not connecting after reset and everything

My sky max pod does not stop flashing even after the 2 minutes. I've tried everything to get it to work moving it closer etc but still nothing

@RichardLynch08 Is it a new pod, an old pod that does not connect as you do not say what?
