You'd think a basic explainer of what all the different light colours and flashing means. Couldn't find anything to explain what the white flashing light signifies. Fortunately the lines were not busy today so got through to  someone who told me its the firmware updating. No mention of this in the packaging, website, or app. Box says "Plug in and your device automatically connects. Its that simple."  2 hours later and the update is still not done.

Thanks, but no use at all.  Seem to be lots of other people in a similar boat. 30 minute call to customer support didn't fix it either, or give me any new information.

@EwanHusarmee It's one off those the plug and play did not go, plug and pray also failed. Thought there was just the one light on it, White or Off that is all the video does and shows!
