I've just had full fibre put in, but my Sky Max Hub is showing red, I'm not sure if this is common and I need to give it time before trying it cause I've gave it like 2 hours and nothing has worked, so I was wondering what is up with it, it was working fine prior, thank you and the ONT has the lights on, I don't know if I need a new Ethernet cable or whatever for it, thank you

It's all good, I found an Ethernet cable that works, must've been using the wrong wire, that's my fault, not theirs, all good now, thank you anyways

Re: Sky Max Hub
@Aiden03 Ethernet cable in port 4 marked WAN in red letter's sky Hub to the ONT Lan port, reset the sky hub, power it off, leave for 5 mins then on again and see what happens from there, Power solid Green, Pon solid Green, and the Lan Green/Flashing with the ONT/Hub data transfers! If CF CityFibre see the link below about the ONT's.
Sky text that the system is now active and transfered from the copper to the Fibre, OR Engineer should have done all this before he left you?
