Sky Max Hub

Sky Max Hub not showing in App and I am unable to add the Booster Pod, which is positioned very close to the Hub.

 

Seems to be a common issue.

 

Please can someone support

Where Sky have provided the hub it should have been added to your account before dispatchto you  if they have missed that step you need to call them to get that done which can take 48 hours. The pod has to be linked to the hub to operate so cannot work until the hub is added.
