Sky Max Hub - slow WiFi speed

I've recently upgraded my hub to Sky Wifi max and have a booster and a pod. Now my WiFi is slower than before when I had the previous older Sky hub. The service checker shows over the last 7 days my average speed is 19mbs (unfortunately my area doesn't have full fibre yet). This is below the speed guarantee and 6mbs slower than previously. I'm really regretting 'upgrading' to Sky max as I'm now paying more for a slower service. Has anyone found Sky max to be any improvement in speed/signal strength because I'm not seeing any advantages.

Replacing a Hub, particularly on a poor FTTC circuit, may well trigger Dynamic Line Management: typically your speed will ramp back up over the next ten days.

Note that this is Hub speed, not WiFi.
