On Tuesday afternoon my sky internet services went down with the hub flashing green constantly.
I had a sky engineer attend, try various routers still with no internet access. He said it was like the internet is getting to the property but not doing anything.
An openreach engineer just attended and said everything was ok their end. They tested the line both ways and its working. They conducted a strip and rebuild on the service and its still the same. Now I have been told to get in contact with sky but I have a fear that I am going to go around in circles with them blaming each other.
I have sky glass with is useless at the moment. Has anyone had this before?
