Sky Max Hub app issues

Hi All,

 

I have had Sky Max since the end of January and my old internet connection is due to end in the coming week but the issue i have is that the new Sky Max hub wont show in my app and therefore i cant setup a Sky Max Pod that Sky have sent me.

 

I have called them multiple times requesting that they onboard me manually as i have seen in other posts here that this is the solution. They have since sent me a new hub and pod yet this hasnt changed the issue. Sometimes they say we will raise it to the back end team and it should be working within 24-48 hours and then other times they say it can take up to 2 weeks! Well we are well and truly past all those time frames now.

 

I have deleted the app, re installed it, signed back in. Tried on another device etc etc. any help or advice here would be great. meant to be getting a call back today from them to check if all is working but given they havent called me back in the past im not going to hold my breath here. I have also checked this morning and can see there has been no change in my app.

@Webster26 That's it until all the planets align with the sky Settings account and that sky Max hub you are needing the assistance of sky to get it all done!
