Sky Max Hub, Slowly Flashing Green

My Sky Max Hub is slowly flashing green & is not connecting to the internet.

The Openreach box has three green lights. I've run the service checker and there are no issues in my area, the hubs connected but it is claiming the issue is with my WiFi, but it's not that as there is no internet through the Ethernet either.

This happened for 2-3 days last week and I had an engineer out but by the time he arrived the problem had resolved itself (or so I thought) & he said it "Could have been anything causing it".

The issue started up again this morning, and the internet has currently been off for 3 hours.

I tried calling Sky at 7:30 when it went off tonight but the phone line would cut off at the point of putting me through to speak to someone.

Is there anything I can do?

@Biggaz Here is the information on what lights are.

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

Hi

Is there anyone trying to find answers to these problems. All similar. I went over to Sky from Virgin. Nothing but problems with wifi. Ive switched my phone off as 4g was constant kicking in. No wifi for printer. Bought a usb cable. Perfect.

Re: Sky Max Hub, Slowly Flashing Green

In my case, the issue was deeper than rebooting the router and trying the normal troubleshooting issues.

Even though it didn't flag on the app, there was an issue with the exchange.

It took quite a bit of pressing Sky, and visits from the engineering team and eventually BT open zone before it was resolved.
