Sky Max Hub Setup Not Working & Need to Add Pod

Hi all

Sky Max Hub is working but the setup in MySky App for it is not. Its been onj the orange spinning circle now for around 3 hours, until this is resolved, i cant setup the Wifi Pod either

Anyone else had this problem?  Anyone know how to solve
