Sky Max Hub/ Generic Routing Encapsulation

I had new Sky Max Hub fitted this week and my daughter can no longer access her work's VPN, which is obviously causing major issues.   Any help would be welcome

Hi,

 

I'm waiting for delivery of my Router and noticed a lot of noise about VPN's and the Sky Max hub.

 

I didn't think I was getting a Sky Max Hub as I told them it wasn't required, but my delivery info suggests that it's the Max Hub that is being delivered.

 

I work from home and need to access a company VPN and now I'm rather worried!

Sky technical managed to reconfigure my router and it works fine now.

They ask you to try a couple of simple config changes on your router first and if that doesn't work then you fill in a 2 line form and they will do it.
