Afternoon All,
Sky max customer, working fine until a few weeks ago when work VPN stopped connecting, the the VOIP phone started having issues.
No updates on server side of VPN to cause it, sky came out today and tried putting a new max hub in ( unfortunatly their system kept on getting confused at head office and could not get the new hub to work correctly. It was still conencted to internet but would nto appear in app or with its new SSID.
With the hub swapped still no luck with the VPN or VOIP working correctly. I then swapped back to the old 302 hub ( new one ) and all worked perfectly.
I had already tried on other peoples networks to check and was fine so i knew it was the hub, after long conversations with the team today been told that there are known issues with the Sky Max hub and VPN connections, that they are working on but they do not have a date set yet.
